FIND AN AGENT

OFFER, CONTRACT, CLOSE
Once you find a house you're interested in that's available for sale, I will conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the most strategic offer to make. If the seller accepts our offer, we will enter into a contract with them and initiate all the necessary legal and financial procedures. This is where having an agent becomes invaluable, as I excel in explaining each section of the contract, including the 38 potential contingencies you can utilize if desired.
As we approach the closing date, I will ensure that all matters are thoroughly reviewed and cleared by the title company and all other involved parties. Once everything is in order, you will receive the keys and can officially move into your new home!
